And in the end to lead the team and making decisions to change the directions of The Reckoner's core value - from "Kill Epic" to "Save Epic".
There are few challenges met in 3rd book, which also leading to significant progressions made to the story:
1. By having prof, who used to be a teammates and yet became a "target" of the organisation.
2. David, used to be an action team, and yet became the lead of the team and designing strategies and
directions of the organisations.
3. To trust or abandon a new join - whether to make use the new resources, or planning the use of the resources with doubt remained.
And the shocking news - the Taker, also a Giver. Everyone afraid of the Epic who have the ability to take away their powers, yet no one noticed he is the one that giving the powers, who also started the collapse of the world.
There's an excited dimension introduced - the new world! Here the author bring everything impossible to reality. The new world, a real yet unreal world, with David's father as one of the Epic in the world, and finally they reunion. Even though it's short term, but it made this series a complete "happy" ending.
