Throughout the day, we may have thousand of seconds thinking negative about ourself. “Am I not good enough?” ”Am I not suppose to reject the task?” “I shouldn’t react that way!” “Will he think that I’m not a kind person?”

If you are doing so or reading this article, then you are a high self-awareness person. At least you are trying to be kind to others (but not to yourself). You are much more concern how others evaluate you, as such you care their feelings more than yours. And now, you are on the way to eliminate such negative thoughts and burden applies to yourself.

1. What I’ve done do not have any value.

Stop it. Everything you’ve worked on or you’ve helped, it might not changing the world, but the value applied to the case, the story, a person, or even a team. You may often heard your co-worker said this a lot, they often think that the work or project done is nothing and not worth a chat. Why? Because it’s not going famous or worst not being use. But hey, the pursue of perfection is not the reason to kill all the paid effort. Everything you do, there is a value, and there will be a value.

2. I think he/she dislike me.

Unfortunate to say, there will be someone dislike ourself. To be fair, everyone have someone dislike. 8 billion people in the world with 8 billion of behavior, just deal with someone that you comfortable with. You don’t need to behave according to the person’s favourite attitude, you just need to behave as yourself and you will get the authentic communication and relationship. So, admit there is someone that you can’t build relationship with, and spend time in building authentic and real relationship.

3. I acted wrongly.

Most of the reactions that we defined “acted wrongly” is always the reaction that 100% true from the bottom of our heart, you will still do the same even the time turn back. You can no longer change the truth, what’ve done is done, but you can rehearsal and do your I-should-react-like-this reactions next round. So, spend 10 minutes admit the sincere-wrong reactions, how should you react next time, close this case and do something else for your life.
