"Stop Thinking"就是: 別想太多。
停止思考 tíng zhǐ sī kǎo
允許自己悲傷
對於作者的說法,我倒是有點比較傾向認為可能他的文筆無法足夠表達他想要傳達的訊息或信念。的確,在某種情況下,大腦想太多只會加劇自己的悲傷,但是允許自己悲傷是一個健康的心態成長過程。當然如果你是一種越想越憤怒甚至到做出越界傷害別人或傷害自己的地步的話,那確實真的不能再想了。小心思
在這心得解剖文章中,我用的是"想"這個詞而不是"思考"這個詞,因為我覺得"思考"包含了許多的意義,也概括了每一個決定背後的思緒過程。思考-是一個非常珍貴的過程和活動。適合人群
如果你是上述提到的越想越負面情緒甚至會做出超出道德行為的人,也許你需要的就是停止去重複"想"那些會讓你越發無法自拔的回憶,那麼這本書很適合你。如果你可以好好的去斟酌自己遇到的困難並做出改變,那麼你的本心與這本書不在同一個頻道上。
書裡的額外概念 - 跳出已知舒適圈
當我看這本書的標題時候,我還以為這本書主要是分享一些別被想法困著自己的概念並適當跳出自己的已知舒適圈。終於,在其中一章作者真的提到了這概念,作者表示,當你遇到問題時可以停止去"想"並離開這個問題,去做別的事情,讓大腦跳出問題的圈圈,這樣也許會在大腦休息片刻後就有了新的想法或意見。這就是我想看的內容,很可惜這部分的寫得非常的表面,而我也已經識得這樣的抽離方式。身為軟體程式設計師,在大學的時候只要遇見bug,我都會去洗個衣服、看一會小說之類的,很多時候確實腦袋就會靈光一閃的想到了解決方法。所以當你看見程式設計師拿著咖啡杯走來走去的時候,大概就是卡bug了。
有意思嗎?有點意思,透過這本書了解到其實有人會需要停止"想"。
